If you wish to book multiple dates, select the “booking multiple dates” option. You can then book as many appointment times and dates as are available.
Payment Policy
All bookings require full payment. Early morning and late night bookings attract extra charge (bookings before 7am and bookings after 7pm). Kindly note that lateness fee from the stipulated time shall be charged accordingly. Also note that late cancellation fee is 60% of the fee. Please note that we do not make refunds.

Kindly note that unused bookings after the said booking date have a 6 months validity, after which then expires.

Lateness and no-shows
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We allow a grace period of lateness for up to 15 minutes. Please ensure you notify us when you are running late, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a lateness fee will be applied. If you are excessively late we regret that we may need to cancel your appointment and 60% of your fee will be forfeited. If you do not notify us and do not show up to your appointment, 100% of your fee will be forfeited.
