We offer a variety of makeup services including bridal makeup, special event makeup, photoshoot makeup, and makeup classes(personal/professional). Please visit our Services page for a detailed list.

You can book an appointment online through our booking system. Simply select the desired service, choose an available date and time, and complete the payment process.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of 60% of the service fee. Refunds are not available.

Yes, we accept early hour/late night bookings. Bookings before 7:00 AM and after 7:00 PM incur an additional charge because this is out of our regular work time. The exact amount will be specified during the booking process.

We allow a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a lateness fee will be applied. If you are excessively late, your appointment may be canceled and 60% of your fee will be forfeited. No-shows without prior notification will result in forfeiture of 100% of the fee.

Yes, you can book multiple appointments by selecting the "Booking Multiple Dates" option during the booking process.

Yes, absolutely! We frequently accept international bookings. Please note that in addition to the fee, the client is responsible for covering flight expenses and accommodation.

Unused bookings are valid for 6 months from the original scheduled date. After this period, the booking will expire.

Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and avoid applying any makeup beforehand. If you have specific requests or inspiration images, feel free to bring them to your appointment.

Our studio is open on the following days and hours:

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM

We are closed on Mondays. However, if you require an appointment on a Monday, please call us, as we may be able to accommodate your request.

The duration of a makeup appointment can vary depending on the complexity of the desired look and the services requested. On average, a makeup appointment typically lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
